Here’s what you do to get rid of that little spot: So you drilled a hole and filled in the break but couldn’t get that last bit of air vacuumed out. Its OK just put a tab over the hole. As you are waiting for the resin to setup a little spot starts to form, you don’t have much time at this point, the good news is there is something simple you can do to remove that spot. Get a small Phillips screwdriver or a tooth pick and push gently down on the tab, just over the exact spot you drilled. Apply a little pressure as the resin is setting up, you’ll notice as you apply pressure the spot goes away, but if you let off too soon the spot will reform. Keep pushing until resin is cured, so the spot wont come back. When its cured the pit area will be slightly down, just put a drop of resin on it and make it flush.
